The Startup folder and Window Save option control what opens when you start Notes

Startup folder has been available since Notes 5. It was not previously pre-populated so rarely used. In this build it has mail, calendar and contacts




In Notes 7 (and 6 I think), there was an option to save window state on exit. This has been changed to a preference setting 'Save tab order when client closes'.
